Everything Electric Event Tap One Light Switch Free Prize Draw – 8 & 9 May2026 

Promoter 

Tewke Limited, 93 Southwark Street, London SE1 0HX, England (Company Number: 11775040) (“Promoter”). 

Promotion Period 

This promotion runs from 10:00 GMT on 08 May 2026 to 16:00 GMT on 09 May 2026 inclusive (“Promotion Period”). Any entries received outside of this period will not be eligible. 

Eligibility 

• This promotion is open to individuals aged 18 or over. 

• Two methods of entry are available: 

a) Data Scan Entry: 
Individuals who scan their entry pass on the Tewke stand at the Everything Electric Event on 8–9 May 2026 during the Promotion Period will be entered into the draw. By scanning their pass, participants acknowledge that their personal data will be processed for the purposes of administering this promotion in accordance with these Terms and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. 

b) Free Entry Route (No Scan Necessary): 
Individuals may enter by sending their full name and contact details by post to the Promoter’s registered address. Entries via this method must be received by the Promoter no later than 16:00 GMT on 09 May 2026. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt. 

• Only one entry per person is permitted, regardless of entry method. Multiple entries or entries submitted via agents, third parties, or automated means will not be accepted. 

• Individuals who do not wish to be entered automatically via scanning their entry pass may opt out by emailing contact@tewke.com before the end of the Promotion Period. 

• Participants must provide valid contact details (email or postal address) to claim a prize. Incomplete or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.  

• Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, agents, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. 

Prize 

• The prize is a Tap Light Switch comprising three parts: Tap Wall Dock; Tap Standard Frame; Tap Screen (retail value: £389). 

• Installation of the Tap Light Switch is not included in the Prize. 

• No cash alternative will be offered except at the Promoter’s sole discretion. 

• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary. 

Winner Selection and Notification 

• The draw will take place on 11 May 2026. 

• The winner will be selected at random under independent supervision. 

• The winner will be notified within 7 days via the contact details provided. 

• The winner must respond within 14 days of notification to claim the Prize. 

• If the winner does not respond within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 

Publicity and Winner Information

• The Promoter may publish or make available the surname and county of residence of the winner. 

• The winner may object to this publication by contacting the Promoter. In such circumstances, the Promoter may still be required to provide this information to regulators upon request. 

• A request for winner information can be made by contacting the Promoter within 30 days of the Promotion Period closing. 

Verification 

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or fraudulent activity. 

Liability 

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed or incomplete entries due to technical or postal issues. 

• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. 

• Subject to the above, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the promotion or use of the Prize. 

Data Protection 

• Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR. 

• Personal data collected will be used for the administration of this promotion and, where consent has been provided, for marketing purposes. 

General 

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion where it is necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts. 

• Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protections that may apply under the laws of the entrant’s country of residence.
