Currently, Tap seamlessly integrates with existing Heatmiser systems, allowing you to centralise your heating controls alongside lighting, energy, health and music through a single, elegant device and the Tewke app. This is Tap’s first integration, with the ambition to work with other heating, cooling and thermostat systems in the future.
Can Tap replace my existing thermostat?
No. Tap acts as a smart controller that works alongside your current setup. An existing Heatmiser thermostat is required in each room or zone you wish to control through Tap or the Tewke app.
Can I control individual room temperatures with Tap?
Yes. Tap provides multi-room climate control, enabling you to adjust temperatures zone by zone from any switch in the house or directly within the Tewke mobile app.
Do I need my phone to adjust the temperature?
Not at all. Tap brings temperature controls to your wall, so anyone in the family or any visiting guest can adjust room comfort instantly without opening an app.
Can I override my set heating schedule if my plans change?
Yes. You can easily boost the heating or temporarily bypass your schedule from the wall switch or the app. Your set routines will automatically resume whenever you choose.
